For high-value purchases (typically luxury watches), we offer payment by direct bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at admin@maxandsohwatches.com before placing your order and we will provide our bank details and instructions. Orders paid by bank transfer will be held until payment has cleared, which typically takes 1–3 business days.

1.4 Other Payment Methods

Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the payment providers enabled on our platform. These may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna (subject to availability and eligibility).

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. When Payment Is Taken

For card and PayPal payments, payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

For bank transfer payments, your order is confirmed and reserved upon receipt of your transfer request. The item will be dispatched once payment has cleared in our account (typically 1–3 business days for UK transfers, up to 5 business days for international transfers).


5. Currency & VAT

All prices on MaxandsohWatches.com are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • UK customers: All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). No additional taxes apply.
  • International customers: Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. However, international orders may be subject to additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied by the destination country. If you are paying from a non-GBP account, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. This is outside our control and is determined by your financial institution.


6. Buyer Protection
