1. Our Commitment to Authenticity
Every branded watch listed on MaxandsohWatches.com is guaranteed to be 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, homage, or imitation products of any kind. If any product is found not to be genuine, we will provide a full refund including all return shipping costs, no questions asked.

3. Verification Process for Luxury Watches
Before any luxury watch is listed for sale, it undergoes the following checks:
Step 1 — Reference & Serial Verification: The model reference number and serial number (where accessible) are checked against the manufacturer’s known production records and specifications.
Step 2 — Visual & Physical Inspection: The case, dial, hands, bezel, crown, crystal, caseback, bracelet or strap, and movement (where accessible) are inspected for consistency with the manufacturer’s known design, materials, and finishing standards.
Step 3 — Documentation Review: Any accompanying documentation (box, papers, warranty card, certificate of authenticity, purchase receipt) is reviewed for consistency with the timepiece.
Step 4 — Condition Assessment: Each watch is assessed and graded according to the condition scale described in Section 4 below.
Please note: As an independent retailer, we do not open casebacks or remove movements for internal inspection unless specifically required and agreed with the buyer. Internal movement verification can be arranged upon request at additional cost, performed by an independent horologist.
4. Condition Grading
Every watch listed on our website is assigned a condition grade. We use the following scale:

| Very Good | Light to moderate signs of wear. May include minor surface scratches or light marks consistent with regular use. Fully functional. |
| Good | Noticeable signs of wear including visible scratches, marks, or patina. Fully functional. Any significant imperfections are disclosed in the listing. |

5. What’s Included
Each product listing clearly states what is included with the watch. This may include:
- Original manufacturer’s box (inner and/or outer)

- Our own certificate of sale
If an item is sold without original box or papers, this will be clearly stated in the listing as “Watch Only” or similar.
6. Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you believe any branded watch purchased from MaxandsohWatches.com is not genuine, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with details of your concern. We will:
Step 1: Arrange collection of the watch at our expense.
Step 2: Have the item independently assessed if required.
Step 3: If the watch is confirmed as not genuine, provide a full refund including all shipping costs.
This guarantee does not expire after 30 days — we will address authenticity concerns raised at any time, though we may require supporting evidence from a qualified horologist or authorised service centre.
7. Product Images & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product photographs and descriptions are accurate and represent the actual item being sold.
- Luxury watches: Where possible, we use photographs of the actual item. In some cases, we may use stock or reference images provided by the manufacturer or sourcing partner. Where stock images are used, this will be noted in the product listing, and the actual item may vary slightly in condition or appearance.
- Fashion watches & accessories: Product images are provided by our suppliers and are representative of the item. Slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing differences, lighting conditions, and screen display settings.
