Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately at admin@maxandsohwatches.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however you may return it under our 30-day returns window
Yes — every product listing includes multiple high-quality photographs. For luxury watches we use actual photos of the item wherever possible. If you need additional images before purchasing, email admin@maxandsohwatches.com and we will send them within 2 business days.
Water resistance varies by model and is clearly stated in each product listing. Luxury watches carry the water resistance rating specified by the manufacturer. Many fashion watches are suitable for everyday wear and light splashes. Always check the individual listing before exposing your watch to water. Our warranty covers water ingress only on watches used within their stated water resistance rating with the crown and pushers properly secured
Materials vary by model and are detailed on each product listing. Luxury watches use stainless steel, gold, or platinum cases with sapphire crystal, leather or metal bracelets as per manufacturer specification. Fashion watches use stainless steel or high-quality alloy cases with mineral glass. Full material details are always listed on the individual product page
Each listing includes the case diameter, thickness, and lug width. As a general guide: 36–39mm suits smaller wrists, 40–42mm suits medium wrists, and 43mm+ suits larger wrists or those who prefer a bold look. Contact us at admin@maxandsohwatches.com if you need help finding the right fit
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return any item. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Luxury watches must be returned with all original boxes, papers, and warranty cards — protective stickers must remain intact. Items returned between day 15 and day 30 will be refunded as store credit or exchanged rather than refunded to the original payment method, unless faulty. Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. Avoid prolonged exposure to water if not waterproof.
Clean metal straps and jewelry with a soft cloth.
Keep leather straps away from moisture and sunlight.
Store watches and jewellery in a dry, safe place when not in use.
Delivery times depend on product type, warehouse location, and shipping method selected at checkout. From UK/EU warehouse: 3–10 business days. Standard from China: 10–20 business days. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days. Economy postal: 15–30 business days. All orders include tracking except some economy postal options. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery window, contact us at admin@maxandsohwatches.com with your order number, tracking number, and delivery address. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund where eligible. We cover return postage for all faulty or damaged items
Yes. All watches include our own MaxandSoh Watches warranty: 12 months for luxury and branded watches, 6 months for fashion watches and accessories — from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, crystal, and clasp under normal use. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, battery replacement, or damage from misuse. As an independent retailer we cannot provide the original manufacturer's warranty, though some watches may still carry an active manufacturer warranty — this will be clearly stated in the product listing. Every branded luxury watch is 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, homage, or imitation products of any kind. All luxury watches pass through our multi-point Assure verification process covering movement integrity, material authenticity, reference and serial verification, condition grading, and documentation review. Email admin@maxandsohwatches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible. We will review your claim and may ask you to return the watch for inspection. UK customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label for approved warranty claims. Once received, we will inspect within 5–10 business days and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion at no cost to you. Full details on our Warranty Policy page.
