- United States — California, New Jersey, Texas, and Indiana (3–7 business days transit for US customers)

7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

- Customs fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout

- Refused or unclaimed parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a full refund, and return shipping costs may be deducted
8. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

9.2 Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost.10. Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of ordering. Please double-check your address before placing your order. 11. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may not always be dispatched together, particularly where they are sourced from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries arriving at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless this is agreed in advance.12. Peak Season Shipping Notice
During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentine’s Day, and other peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across the global supply chain.
