MaxandsohWatches.com Last Updated: 11 April 2026 MaxandsohWatches.com partners with CJdropshipping — a globally trusted logistics provider operating warehouses across the UK, US, EU, and Asia — to pick, pack, and dispatch your orders directly to your door. This means you benefit from professional logistics, real-time tracking, and worldwide delivery coverage. This policy covers handling times, transit times, shipping costs, tracking, customs, and delivery responsibilities for all orders.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing and fulfilment workflow. Please allow the following handling times before your order is dispatched:

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on a business day will enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays. Handling time is separate from transit time. Handling covers order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the carrier. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left the warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Transit time is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your parcel after it has been dispatched from the warehouse. All transit times below are estimates in business days and are measured from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is Handling Time + Transit Time. Here is a summary for UK customers:

Note: Most orders ship from China via CJPacket Standard, with a typical total delivery time of 13–22 business days for UK customers. UK warehouse stock is limited and not available for all products. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to customs processing, carrier capacity, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control. Express shipping options carry an additional charge shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • Your delivery address and country
  • The shipping method you select
Some products may qualify for free or discounted shipping — this will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. For international orders, additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 7).

5. Warehouse Locations

Our orders are fulfilled by CJdropshipping from their global warehouse network, including:
  • United Kingdom — for fast domestic delivery (3–7 business days transit where stock is held locally)
  • Germany / Poland (EU Hub) — for European orders (5–10 business days transit)
  • United States — California, New Jersey, Texas, and Indiana (3–7 business days transit for US customers)
  • China — primary source warehouse for most products (transit times as per Section 2)
  • Thailand and Indonesia — for select product lines and Southeast Asian orders
Where possible, we prioritise dispatch from your nearest warehouse to reduce delivery time. Warehouse availability depends on current stock levels. Most products ship from China.

6. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking (except some economy postal options). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Your unique tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel in real time
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided, via the carrier’s website or CJdropshipping’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking system to update with the first scan. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at admin@maxandsohwatches.com.

7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

MaxandsohWatches.com ships internationally from fulfilment centres worldwide. Please be aware of the following:
  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control
  • Customs fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout
  • We are unable to predict whether your order will be subject to customs charges, as this varies by country, product type, and declared value
  • Refused or unclaimed parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a full refund, and return shipping costs may be deducted
We recommend checking with your local customs office or postal authority before ordering if you are concerned about potential import fees in your country. UK customers: Orders shipped from the UK warehouse incur no customs fees or import duties. Orders shipped from international warehouses to the UK may be subject to customs charges depending on the declared value — this will be noted at checkout where applicable.

8. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
  • High seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
  • Carrier disruptions, strikes, or network failures
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach delivery addresses
We will communicate any known delays to you as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived within 60 calendar days of dispatch, please contact us so we can raise an investigation on your behalf.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

9.1 Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@maxandsohwatches.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number
  • Your full delivery address
We will open a formal investigation. If your order is confirmed as lost, you will be entitled to either a full replacement dispatched at no additional cost, or a full refund, at your choice.

9.2 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A description of the damage
We will assess the case and, where damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not dispose of the damaged packaging before contacting us, as this may be required as evidence.

9.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost.

10. Delivery Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of ordering. Please double-check your address before placing your order. MaxandsohWatches.com cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect a parcel from a delivery depot or post office
  • Refusal of delivery without prior arrangement
If a parcel is returned due to an address error or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. If you do not respond within 14 calendar days, we reserve the right to refund the order less shipping costs.

11. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may not always be dispatched together, particularly where they are sourced from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries arriving at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless this is agreed in advance.

12. Peak Season Shipping Notice

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentine’s Day, and other peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across the global supply chain. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods and allowing extra time for delivery.
